  My experience was amazing working with our Sales Representative, Ron Johnson. He wholeheartedly took care of us throughout the entire process and made everything extremely easy and stress-free. The vehicle we were interested in was pending repairs and recalls, but Ron made sure to coordinate everything so we had no worries. He provided regular updates and kept us informed every step of the way. Finalizing the sale went smoothly as well, since all of the necessary work had been completed. I highly recommend Ron Johnson and Jim Clark Chevrolet for their excellent customer service and commitment to taking care of their customers.

  The oil change, tire rotation, and inspection themselves went fine, and I want to make it clear that the lady working at the service desk was awesome. She was polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. My frustration is not with her at all. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, I noticed that my check engine light was on. I went back inside to let the service desk know, and the technician immediately became defensive and claimed the light was already on when I brought the truck in. I find that very difficult to believe because I run a ScanGauge 3 in my truck and everything was reading normally before I arrived. What bothered me most was how the situation was handled afterward. The manager came out, cleared the code, and essentially dismissed it by saying that it happens all the time. There didn’t seem to be any real effort to determine what caused the code or why the check engine light came on while the truck was in their care. Simply clearing a code without investigating the cause doesn’t address the problem. I understand that things can happen during routine service, and I’m not automatically blaming the shop for causing the issue. However, if I bring my truck in without a check engine light and it leaves with one, I expect the situation to at least be taken seriously and properly investigated. Instead, I felt like my concern was dismissed rather than addressed. The lady at the service desk provided great customer service, but the way the technician and manager handled the check engine light is why I can only give this experience two stars.
