- TKTammy KochSep 26, 20265.0I’ve been going to the manhattan one for 5 years. Then moved and found out JC tight knit w manhattan one. Great customer service! :) they even replaced a tire under warranty within 24 hours of purchase.
- SCShawn ColeSep 26, 20265.0This place was packed, but they did an excellent job of tending to my vehicle. I didn’t realize I had bought my tires from this store’s other location in Manhattan. It was a pleasant surprise when they told me I didn’t owe anything for the repair! I’ve been looking for a better place to get my oil changed, and this place just won my business.
- JVJ VASep 25, 20265.0I had a low tire pressure light come on. They were helping 2 other customers free of charge them myself free of charge. I asked him if could pay them or leave tip and he said "No...this is what they do!!!" I FULLY recommend to use them for your service to vehicles if live nearby!!
- RBRobert BarberSep 25, 20265.0Extremely timely. I arrived early. Dropped my vehicle off. They had it in and started their free inspection and sent me a notification by phone and within an hour and a half. The vehicle is completed and the pricing was very reasonable for the size of the tires on my truck and we had all four tires replaced and extremely good deal
- LCLaurie CookeSep 18, 20265.0When we went to pay, we found out we needed to call the bank to up our limit on our debit card. The guys were so nice and patient while the bank squared that away. I highly recommend Gills!! Nice guys, friendly prompt service!!!
