- CCCyndy Crocker1 day ago4.0Went here to get my tire repaired. Spoke to someone about my tire, He said " okay we'll get that fixed". Waited an hour. Come to find out me waiting for an hour was for nothing, I had my elderly mother an my 1 year nephew, I didnt want them waiting any longer too. When I approach and ask questions about how much longer till my truck tire gets fixed. A different man said he didnt know I was waiting an he was confused. Smh anyways end up rescheduling for the next day 10am which went smoother then the previous day. Overall the shop as potential.

- KGKatie GuillotAug 5, 20261.0Very disorganized. Person didn't get my apt on the books when I called that morning for an oil change, tire rotation, and slow leak in one tire. They said they'd get me in anyway so I gave them info and left for about an hr. Came back to diff people and they had no idea about my car being there or what I needed and hadn't started yet. It was finally done at 5 after dropping it off at 2pm then I left and turned the corner and heard a loud thunking noise. Drove around town a bit before deciding something was wrong. Took it back and turns out they didn't tighten the lug nuts on one of my tires. I'm just glad I noticed before getting on the highway. Will not be going back. Edit to add: this morning, 3 days after getting my car serviced, I went to leave and heard the noise again while just barely going 10 miles per hour in town. I drove my son to Salina and back yesterday also feeling like it was louder than normal and wasn't feeling right. Took it to our local shop a few blocks down from my house. All three of my other tires were loose and the back passenger is now missing two lug nuts. The only tire that was tight was my front passenger, which they jacked up and tightened when I took it back same day.
