  Straight bullshit, treated poorly, was an hour early to my reservation and still spent 2 hours waiting, an hour in I was asked to go home and wait for a call was already irritated so I left, only to be called back in saying it was situated. Which it wasn't, my reservation was for a large SUV at 57 a day billed to my insurance- the woman tried to put me in some smaller vehicle at the same price, wasn't my money but the fact she tried to short change my insurance company; not to mention her rude demeanor.

  It’s the second time I’ve scheduled to pick up a rental and there weren’t any cars available at pickup. No phone call to let me know and the lady had an attitude like I did something wrong because I didn’t check first. Disappointing..

  Lately last couple times maintenance on vehicles are poorly done. Maintenance lights came on while on trip (not first time this has happened). This time I reserved a full size but was given an intermediate and was not told but they still tried to charge me for a full. Having to find an enterprise location that is open on weekends is a hassle and does put a damper on road trips. I will say though that when this has happened, thankfully they did give me a discount and refunded a certain percentage back.

  Very nice, polite, and competent staff. Nice town, easy to get to. Be gratefull it is even there. Last rent-a-car before heading across the prairie.

  We had reserved a car in Junction city , Kansas for 9 am pick up and a car was not available until almost noon. Manager there was apologetic . However , when I dropped off the car at the crosby, tx. location, the manager there was an egotistical jerk. He should not be in this position or type of work. Would not go back to that place.
