- KKKate KayJun 13, 20261.0I called for information and I was spoken to as if I were stupid and was not deserving of simple niceness. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but this was quite ridiculous. I can only hope that no one gets this side of this lady. She had a bad day and was making it everyone’s problem. Do better.

That was not my experience with these people. It’s not for nothing, but these people are good people. They let me know exactly what I needed. And even gave me grace when they didn’t have to Never thought I’d be writing a five star review for an impound lot but here we are!

The service was great, especially on a Friday night on the edge of an oncoming snow storm. I'd highly recommend Bud's.

They were friendly, recommended a repair facility and dropped me off at place near by the repair facility where I could wait and stay warm until the place opened. Thank you!
