  The website had me get the wrong rotors and pads. Spent all day trying to replace them and had to go back to the store multiple times to get everything corrected. The assistant manager schuyler helped me every time and made absolutely sure I was taken care of. He even chose to go out of his way and calm me down from my frustration of getting the wrong parts and working on a jeep since ten in the morning. That dude. Is awesome.

  I went by store 1625. Mr. Manuel Rodriquez has exceptional customer service. He is kind, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He was teaching how to change my tail lights today. After he assisted another female customer, he then was willing to help me and with the weather not being so forgiving. He was so pleased and will return to purchase more items in the future!!!!!! We need more people like him! I can see why he’s the manager😁

  I went to AutoZone on 205 E 6th Street. I needed a 13mm drill bit for mounting my TV. I looked but couldn’t find it. I asked the manager on duty who only said, “Aisle 4.” I told him I’d already checked but couldn’t find what I needed and I need assistance since I don’t know what I’m specifically looking for. He repeated, “Drill bits are in aisle 4.” I asked again for help, but he just walked past me. I followed him to aisle 4 and he gave me the wrong product, and when I clarified, he insisted I use a wrench and socket set instead. I said “that’s not quite what I’m looking for but thank you for your help” and he walked away without saying a word. Then I approached another employee after another 5 to 10 minutes deliberating what I needed. I showed Daniel, a drill bit set photo AutoZone had online on the website and he said, “We don’t have that.” I asked where I could find something similar, and he repeated “Aisle 4.” I explained I still needed help, but he said he didn’t know. When I questioned that, he rudely told me working there didn’t mean he knew where everything was. At that point, I told them both I felt they were hostile. Daniel then asked, “Do you want help or not?” I left to go outside for a few minutes to collect them myself and came back asking for the general manager’s info. He told me to look outside. When I said it wasn’t there, Daniel told me to Google it. Then I asked, does he know the name or any contact information and he replied he did not know but it should be online. The whole experience left me in distress and caused me significant emotional upset. Especially as a female service member who came there in uniform, I felt very disrespected and belittled. It was unbecoming behavior of both the cashier and the manager. A lot of soldiers swing by their shop and would be shocked to find out how unpatriotic and sexist they are. Everyone else (out of uniform) was treated with dignity and respect. I never had this experience in any AutoZone. And this is the straw that broke the camels back for me. I will never step foot in any Autozone ever again and inform my fellow soldiers on my experience here.

  Robi has a huge servant’s heart and my husband would hire him if he could. He helped us out right at closing time and worked out the problem so we wouldn’t be stranded. He went above and beyond to take care of my husband.
