- TLTim LefeverJul 16, 20261.0so I reserved my car days ahead of time . I ordered a Malibu or altima because I am 6,3 and 300 pounds . this car is to drive on my vacation to phoenix. they told me they did not have my car available even though there was 2 Malibu on the lot. they told me a compact jeep was an upgrade. I don't see it that way. they told me that was my choice or an empty parking lot. very rude and this was the manager. she didn't ring me up another employee did. so very uncomfortable. nothing like the one in phoenix . the people where super energetic and got me exactly what I wanted. what is the problem with independence kansas. I go back and forth every other month to see my grandkids. I guess I will fly next time and rent my car from the airport. probably not from enterprise. no consistency . my experience in phx was teriffic made me want to go back . independence kansas blew it.
