  Very disappointed with customer service person in service area and parts department. Not friendly at all and didn't act like they cared if I ever came back again.

  Charged me double what the price should have been and they couldn't show me the part they replaced. I took my vehicle there to see if my issue was covered by a recall, but it wasn't. The last time I had my oil changed there, they said I needed brakes and rotors. I had two separate individuals look at my vehicle after that and was told I didn't need either replaced.

  Top notch experience with Randy in sales! Needed a new truck for my business found what I wanted online called ahead and Randy had it ready for me. I value my time greatly and they were very respectful of it. Made a deal and was out the door faster than I’ve ever been. I will be back to midway motors of hutch to buy another vehicle when it’s time!

  I intended to used the warranty I paid for to fix something covered by the warranty to be told I needed to file an insurance claim to "fix" other issues found that weren't related to the one I brought it in for. If I want to file an insurance claim I will do that on my own accord and not ignore the warranty covered issues considering I initially denied the offers for the warranty not wanting to spend even more money and was finally convinced to pay for that and now I can't even seem to apply it.
