  I intended to used the warranty I paid for to fix something covered by the warranty to be told I needed to file an insurance claim to "fix" other issues found that weren't related to the one I brought it in for. If I want to file an insurance claim I will do that on my own accord and not ignore the warranty covered issues considering I initially denied the offers for the warranty not wanting to spend even more money and was finally convinced to pay for that and now I can't even seem to apply it.

  I was very disappointed in the service I received today these guys couldn't figure out the key fob issue for the second time or ticking noise they said its normal (possibly) the truck is less than a year old and was bought brand new it's a chevrolet duramax. The reason I took the truck there was because I got a coupon in the mail for a oil change, once they were finished I went to pay the bill and they told me there computer wouldn't let them use the coupon even though it was from midway motors to me for that truck, I think they were mad because I didn't need a tire rotation they kept trying to sell me, also this service took 3 hours that wasn't very convenient.

  Brandon Fox was amazing he went above and beyond. Hey brought the car to Salina for us to test drive! Then we were able to do all the paperwork and our trade vehicle over Docusign. Then his team brought our car to Salina and picked up our trade from my work place after the purchase was completed. I would recommend again!

  Had a great experience at the Hutchinson Midway Motors buying and trading vehicles. Everyone was very friendly and we felt they cared about our purchase. Would definitely recommend checking them out.
