Unfortunately, I’ve often felt like when I drop my car off somewhere, I’m told there are a million things wrong with it and end up being overcharged. This place was completely different. The staff was incredibly kind and honest. I had originally gone to Walmart, where I was told it would cost over $120 and that I needed a completely new tire. That didn’t make sense to me based on where the nail was located. When I came here, he came outside, looked at the tire, and immediately told me he could fix it. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. When I returned to pick up my car, I was shocked when they told me I didn’t owe anything. When I asked why, they said they like to build good relationships with their customers and that since it was such a simple repair, they weren’t going to charge me. I’ve never been treated with so much respect at an auto shop. Their honesty, kindness, and customer service were truly exceptional. Thank you so much! We will absolutely be back anytime we have a tire issue. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
