    Would give zero out of 5. I called and reserved a 1/2 ton truck, was confirmed on the phone. Was sent an email confirmation as well. Drove an hour and a half to the location to pick up the truck (that was sitting in the lot) and was told it was already reserved for someone else, and they were t doing any more reservations for that day. Complete waste of time and gas. Lady said she tried to call me, but I missed it because I was driving. So yeah, wouldn’t rely on this place or you’ll be disappointed and possible stranded. Hope this helps someone not go through what I just had to go through.

    Jeff is very unprofessional. Hung up on my mom after she called him out for being rude and interrupting her. Don’t come here unless you want to deal with a company that tolerates this behavior.

    Amanda Askew @ Hays KS branch location was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! She took care of me throughout the entire process , I had been in an accident and my personal vehicle was in the shop for over a month getting repaired. As a travel nurse~ you could just about imagine my stress levels having to deal with this situation. Not ideal. But she made one of my worst days a complete breeze. Cannot say enough about how well I was treated!! 100% would recommend and will be back if I ever find myself in need of a vehicle ever again
