- LNLaura NJun 4, 20265.0It started out ROUGH! I reserved it online and expected to pick up at noon in Gardner as the email and texts implied. No one showed up. I opened 2 tickets over the phone and ended up having my kid drive me to Olathe to see what was happening. It took me until 3 pm but I finally got a comparable vehicle to my online booking and the new manager was very apologetic and discounted the price for the frustration and inconvenience and time wasted. They were under staffed and didn’t have a lot of options and no trucks available as I had reservations for. His response to me was why I will come back to Enterprise and I hope all agents care like he did. Thank you
- LGLyndsey GonderApr 1, 20251.0Enterprise confirmed a car at this location via online rental services. I was planning on picking up and noticed poor reviews for this location. I tried to call to confirm pick up and was on hold for 10 minutes. I called a different location (who transferred me yet again). On the phone to confirm my rental, they again confirmed my reservation, but I still had concerns. I pushed to ensure it would be available at the Gardner KS location and was finally told that location would be closed on that day. How in the world does that make sense to be confirmed two different times when the location is closed? They then asked me where I wanted to pick up instead. Why wouldn't you tell me where the car was actually available? How about you tell me where a car and people will actually available and working. What a joke.
