  It was very easy to contact and make the reservation with the local office. My insurance had already made the arrangements for payment and authorization so the whole process was very simple and easy. Aaron took great care of getting me into a vehicle. It was clean and well maintained. It was a very good experience. I will continue to use their services for any future rental needs.

  Very poorly managed and inefficient. Made reservation on the app for the previous week then received a call from branch manager telling me he could not rent me a car because others needed a car and he did not have enough. I said I wish the app would of notified me when I made the reservation online. Then made another rental reservation for the following week. Showed up today, one person working the counter while two others stood nearby and did not help customers in line. I asked the Branch manager if the guys standing around could help check individuals in as there was a line. He replied no I am the branch manager I am the only one that can do it. Then 15 minutes another individual showed up and singed me in quickly. He told me he had to drive 2 hours to get there which was not relevant at all. Provided driver's license and he verified with me that my current address on my profile was different than driver's license. He checked me in and told me the individual (Branch Manager) would bring my car around and would take payment from me. Car was brought around. Branch manager asked for my driver's license. I told him I already provided it inside. He said he needed to see it again. He then told me that he needed to show him an actual bill with my address on it in order to rent the car. He said he could not rent me a car without doing that. I explained that I spoke to the guy inside and we specifically discussed that and he check me in no issues. I said you really expect individuals to be carrying a bill with their address on it for rental car pick up. He refused to rent me the car. He was inexperienced and did not like that I suggested that the other guys standing around help out with the line of customers. I walked away with no rental because an inexperienced manager could not take some constructive criticism and threw a temper tantrum.

  Had a vehicle reserved for pickup at 10:30 am. I spoke to the employee who informed me that he didn't have a vehicle for me and actually had zero vehicles. He informed me that 3 other people had vehicles reserved and had to be sent away. There has been a large demand due to a hail storm several weeks ago but Enterprise should have adjusted to this by now. The representative was nice and explained the issue very well. This failure to have an adequate supply of reserved vehicles is unacceptable. I usually rent from Enterprise but I need to find a company that is more dependable.

  I was rather concerned after reading all the other reviews. 🤯 But, Sam and Aaron came through!! Customer service was great. They worked with my insurance and everything was easy! Rental vehicle was great. Deposit came back quicker than expected. Thank you guys for a good experience! I will say, at no fault to the guys at our office, the rental I had was also listed for sale and someone wanted to buy it, so they asked me to come trade it out for a different one. Less than convenient with a car seat base secured. However, my car got fixed just in time to be picked up. So, maybe if headquarters could not rent the listed vehicles or not list the rented ones… But again, smooth sailing and great guys at the Emporia office.

  They gave me a Mitsubishi that was not washed was missing a hubcap and smelled funky inside. Not worth $30/day but its the insurance company that's screwed there; the only highlight. It was an embarrassment to drive.
