- AAAna AmbrocioJun 11, 20261.0Shop owner called me a “smart ass” because I told him they didn’t clarify my appointment correctly when being made. When making appointment we were told “someone can drop off a vehicle for you if you have a tight schedule but you have to pick up afterwards to learn how to use it.” I went dropped off a vehicle for someone for that reason but the shop owner began to cut me off mid sentences asking where the person was when we specifically clarified that someone else would be dropping off for him. I told him what we were told on the phone and he said it wasn’t his problem that he couldn’t help me. Then he asked for cash ONLY. We were never told it was cash only. Those things need to be clarified as nowadays cash is rarely used whereas cards are now the main sources of payment. I told him that he should probably get with whoever makes his phone calls appointments to assure every customer is being told the CORRECT & FULL details prior to their appointment to prevent things like this. Instead of taking the advice he called me a smart ass & was rude & denied me service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THEIR SERVICE.

I understand that I can't get you to be more understanding about this than saying it this way. I do not recommend this place if anyone wants something done and can get it done some ware else do so.
