  Came & towed us outta crazy mud! Took bout 2 hours for them to show & 45 mins to get us out. Everyone we dealt with, very friendly. Glad to be back on the road!

  I needed a tow and didn’t want to wait for AAA to get there since they would’ve taken longer so we decided to use a local place instead. There were no prices discussed beforehand since they just asked the model of car, where we were, and said they were on the way. I assumed it would’ve been around $150 like most places I’ve used before and was going to be reimbursed either way so it didn’t make much difference. long story short, when we went to pay for our 10-15 minute tow a day later at the mechanic shop they dropped us off at it came out to $250 flat rate AND almost $20 dollars for the amount driven. I called asking for an explanation as most would because there was never a flat rate discussed and you’d think with it being that high they would’ve discussed it considering their entire website says call for rates. most insurance companies won’t cover tow that much and so we went from paying nothing to paying out of pocket for a chunk of it. I was basically told because we didn’t ask, he didn’t have to tell us before he picked it up and when I simply asked person to person if he really thought what he did was honest he told me this is why he doesn’t help “people like me”. I can stand something being overpriced if you can explain why but blatant disrespect to customers because they’re not understanding where the undiscussed $250 fee came from is just crazy. still not sure what it’s supposed to mean since the person on the phone didn’t explain but I’m sure we can all guess. he got his money and I got reimbursed for most my money but unless you’re looking to spend almost $300 on a 15 minute tow with 0 explanation other than “well I already did it” I’d wait it out.

  Very fast a courteous. Driver was very friendly and we had a nice conversation. He even helped me out of the tow truck when we got to Kia. 10 star's from me. Melinda McClung
