  I have been take advantage of and disappointed by more oil change businesses than I care to admit but this place really exceeded expectations. They were friendly, professional, and fast yet thorough. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anyone!!

  I recently travelled to Louisville KY and didn't have time to get my oil changed before I left. I ALWAYS go to the Derby store, but figured I could just go to a store in Louisville this one time. The store in KY was NOT as good. They didn't top off all of my fluids, even though they said they did. They did not even look at tires or wipers and definitely indicated they did on my receipt. They weren't organized. They also didn't reset the Oil change light in my car. I know, not really a big deal, but, its a new to me vehicle. So, when I got back in town, I went to the Derby store and they not only reset the light, they checked the oil, they also topped off all the fluids and checked/filled the tires, ALL for FREE. You guys, they are just the BEST. That's why I always go the the Derby store! Thanks !
