  I was only able to drive 30 miles before the tire went flat. When I spoke with the rep at Enterprise, they recommend I drive it across town to have the tire inspected. I refused because I didn't want to risk further damage and/or injury. I had the rental 4 days and got to drive it one time and had to have it towed from my house.

  I was able to rent a car the same day of my accident. Enterprise Customer service was very pleasant.

  I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a rental vehicle. I reserved a 15-passenger van well in advance for a family vacation, even though this location is an hour from my home. When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, I was told they didn’t actually have the vehicle available and that they would call me when it came in. After waiting over an hour, I finally received a call—only to be offered two 7-passenger vans, which still didn’t provide enough seating for our group. This completely defeated the purpose of my reservation. It’s incredibly frustrating that they allow customers to reserve specific vehicles online without guaranteeing availability. This experience was inconvenient, disappointing, and a huge waste of time.
