  Nothing wrong with the rental, but more issues with the agent. I had to call customer service several times to get a confirmation number as the agent never provided the information.I never got a receipt as they stated it was sent to my email, but one was never put on file. The customer service agent stated this as well. Eventually we got a confirmation email with the number (a week later) because we had called for one. When asking for a receipt at time at rental return, we were told the same thing it was sent to the email ( still have not got an email) and the agent was not able to provide a physical receipt.

  Terrible all around bad. Reservation but no car available. Get car 3 days later and has a tire that keeps going low on air. Have to get it fixed.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t use this company. One of their employees, Jay, assaults 60 year old women while on the clock. My mom was at an auto body shop to get her car repaired. Jay brought a rental for her, a service the auto body shop and enterprise provide together. He then throws a temper tantrum and then almost runs over my mom’s foot, skirting out of the parking lot cus poor little baby got upset because she wanted to read the contract? She was supposed to be getting her car fixed and leave in an enterprise rental. Instead, Jay left her there with no car and an injury. She had to go back the next day to get her car fixed because he literally left in the rental she was supposed to use after hurting her shoulder by ripping the tablet out of her hands. 0/10. I am livid.

  Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve booked a reservation for a truck for last Friday and the truck wasn’t in in time not my fault their fault so they canceled my reservation and we moved it to this week and now they’ve charged me double the price when they promised a 10% discount ridiculous I called to speak with the guy who promised the discount last week and he said the price has changed every day and it’s not his fault and hung up some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Please do not use Enterprise if you want to have good service.

  We’ve rented at this location before and the customer service and the cleanliness of the vehicle was less than impressive. We live in Derby so the convenience of the location is nice so we decided to give the DERBY location another try. When we arrived to pickup the vehicle the guy looked at us like he was confused as to why we were even there. He said I don’t have the vehicle and not sure when the airport was going to deliver it. I asked if he could check and he said I’ll just give you a call when it gets here. I said it would have been nice to receive a call letting us know that the vehicle wasn’t there prior to picking it up. He just shrugged his shoulders. We won’t be using this location again. I like to try and keep local businesses open, but when they clearly do not care about the customers, I’m more than happy to take my business elsewhere.
