  Agent put in extra work to get us the vehicle we wanted. Service was fast and the vehicle was perfect. Clean and smelled good.

  Be careful trying to reserve through online. It will show vehicles available to rent but they're not connected to the actual business so then the business calls you and tells you they have no vehicles wasting your time. If there's no cars it should show that there's no cars to rent. I know companies much smaller than not a manage inventory better.

  The minivan we were to rent had a tire issue. It took a significant amount of time to convince the agent that there was an issue. The van was finally taken to a tire shop where the issue was confirmed. The replacement vehicle was a fullsize SUV which was a wonderful upgrade. We then ran late returning the SUV and were told by the agent that we would be charged a full extra day. However we received a text that said if we returned the SUV by 8am the following day there would be no additional charges. We will be returning the SUV by 8am tomorrow. Overall an excellent ending to a shaky start.
