Booking online was easy—I put in my reservation the night before and requested to pick up at noon the next day. Prices were much more reasonable than I expected them to be, which was a huge relief. They weren’t able to pick me up because they were short staffed thar day, but it wasn’t a big deal because I was only 3 min away, so I took a Lyft there. The pick up process was quick and so easy. I was able to extend my rental online. Returning the vehicle was quick and easy too. The Zionsville team was wonderful! The amazing customer customer service coupled with the user friendly website made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

I got a call and voice mail saying they didn't have the Luxury category available and "if I would be flexible on class type". I called them back to see what they had and was told they don't have ANY cars available. Not sure how you run a business where the website allows you to book anything and everything, when in fact the website doesn't reflect the availability. Guy I spoke with, Max, was less than helpful and not terribly friendly....not what you'd expect when they're telling you that they can't honor your reservation you just booked a few hours prior.
