- SFShawn Fausset6 days ago1.0Did not have our rental. Also, friendly but understaffed. Arrived at scheduled time but line was very long and moving slowly. Left and came back 90 minutes later. After a shorter wait was provided service but then had to wait for another 20 minutes for a manager, only to be offered a downgrade rental in lieu of what we had reserved. Elected to cancel and move on after wasting an hour. Second bad Enterprise experience in a row. Used to be my go-to, but will need to move on.

- NNNicoleMay 31, 20261.0I had a confirmed reservation for a midsize car, but when I arrived, I was told I didn’t have a reservation. After showing my confirmation, the employee acknowledged it, but then informed me that no midsize vehicles were available. The only options offered were pickup trucks, which were not practical for me due to fuel costs and the size of the vehicle. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service. When I asked if he could check other Enterprise locations for a midsize car, he told me he was too busy and had a line of customers to help. As a paying customer with a valid reservation, I felt completely dismissed and unimportant. I did everything I was supposed to do by reserving a vehicle in advance, yet I was left without the car I booked and received no effort or assistance in finding an alternative solution. The employee was rude, unprofessional, and showed little concern for resolving the issue. As a result, I had to take my business elsewhere. This was a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected from Enterprise.
