  I’m disappointed because I arrived at 6:03 PM to have my tire repaired, and I was told there was no one available to work on it. The store closes at 7 PM, so I’m confused as to why the location is open if staff are unable to provide the services being advertised. I gave a one‑star rating because this reflects poor customer service.

  If I could give this place a 0 I would. Had the worst experience. This Carx replaced my wheeling bearings both left and right . When they completed the work and handed me my keys my key fob was broke and all my warnings lights on my dash board were on. Speedometer was not working . When I brought it to their attention they couldn't fix and hand the nerve to say it wasn't their fault and I should take it somewhere else to get a second option. Took it to the toyota dealer and they specifically said both my Speedometer were damaged due to replacing of the wheel bearings. Stay away from this CarX. Will not recommend at all.

  The only reason this is getting a 5 star is because of Krista, Vita, and the absolutely amazing crew working at this location!!! They had their systems go down and had to reschedule my appointment to the next day after I had shown up, the company itself did not alert me to this issue and I had went out of my way on a faulty car to return the next day, and the call center who set my appointment misinformed me of prices. These issues would have had me drop this place altogether and lose my money. But Krista had explained and helped work out everything and came to a solution that worked for everyone in the most sweet and professional way she could! And the amazing tech crew Vita and another gentlemen working informed me of issues completely unrelated to the oil change I had asked for which showed amazing attention to detail and customer service and care for what they do!! The ONLY reason I would return to this company is not due to the company, but the amazing people working this location!

  Krista is phenomenal I came in for the 3rd time and she was there alone with no mechanic I really needed my oil change i was over due Krista brought my car in herself and got my oil change done under 20min thank you so much Krista for your great customer service and work decathlon

  I went for a diagnostic testing and all I can say 10/10 service. I highly recommend you go for all your vehicle services here, everyone here knows what they are talking about. They will take the time to explain to you what is going on with your vehicle. I was highly impressed on how everything was explained to me. I had gone to Pepboys in Lansing Il. for the same issue and they didn't even bother to provide me a quarter of information on what was going on with my vehicle. I will definately be going back soon for all my vehicle needs.
