- ZZzeal426Aug 26, 20261.0Went in for rear suspension squeaking and was told my struts were the problem. After replacing them, the squeaking remained and there was now a loud clunking. I returned immediately and learned the new struts needed bushings, which the technician failed to install or mention. After waiting a day and a half for the bushings, the car is still squeaking despite asking them to check for other possible causes.
- SHShino HolmesAug 20, 20261.0Scummy practices and Half assed work. During the storms, I got one of my tires ripped up and had to replace it. I came here because it was one of the only places with power and they got me a supposedly new tire. Within the next day or 2 (40-60 miles) it was already leaking and losing air. I bring it in, and the tire had a bubble on it and apperently my rim was dented. They then claim there's nothing they can do because I didn't buy their insurance and try to sell me the tire again. So either they sold me a used tire, or they just fit a new tire on a dented Rim and didn't say anything about it. All 3 of my other tires are nearly 2 years old and in good condition, but this is the second time they wanted me to buy a new tire for the same wheel. Absolute rip off.

The store closes at 7 PM, so I’m confused as to why the location is open if staff are unable to provide the services being advertised. I gave a one‑star rating because this reflects poor customer service.
- DBDonna BucknerMay 21, 20261.0If I could give this place a 0 I would. Had the worst experience. This Carx replaced my wheeling bearings both left and right . When they completed the work and handed me my keys my key fob was broke and all my warnings lights on my dash board were on. Speedometer was not working . When I brought it to their attention they couldn't fix and hand the nerve to say it wasn't their fault and I should take it somewhere else to get a second option. Took it to the toyota dealer and they specifically said both my Speedometer were damaged due to replacing of the wheel bearings. Stay away from this CarX. Will not recommend at all.
