  This location is not trustworthy. I just moved to the area, my Hyundai Genesis was due for an oil change. I've always used synthetic but at this location I was told I had to use their European synthetic oil. I said why? My cars Asian if we are being real. Keep your 150$ scam oil change. I'll find an honest place.

  It is always something with this Valvoline location about a month ago. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting to get my oil changed got up there and they did not have the proper oil today. I sat there for over an hour waiting to get my oil changed pull in and they tell me before they scan anything or do anything They do not have the proper oil filter. This is for a 2024 Chevy truck not some foreign car so it seems very unacceptable

  Never coming back again. I took my Grand Cherokee for an oil change and could tell early on when the training tech tightened the oil filter housing that something was not done right. Service advisor kept telling me it was protocol to recheck the gaskets (lol). I kept hearing something stripping so stepped out and saw they had cross threaded the plastic filter housing and could not get it off. When they started using metal pliers on a plastic housing I asked them to stop and tow it to the dealership. Ended up needing the entire filter housing (not just the cap) replaced due to damage. They refused to get me a rental car until the dealership confirmed how long it would take. By that time it was 4 p.m. and they stated they could not set up a rental for me that late in the day. I had to front the money and set up the rental myself at 5 p.m. on a workday for their mistake (all rental car shops closed at 6 p.m.). The positive: they paid for the rental in the end and they paid for the tow and repairs as they should. The negative: inexperienced tech caused thousands in damage for a simple oil change. Disrupted my whole day and had to dedicate time and money to fix their mistake. Highly recommend going to a competent mechanic or dealership instead of here.

  I had only decided to visit this location because they were open the latest and they offered a $20 discount for first-timers. I came in 30 minutes before they closed, but everyone was very friendly and professional. Amaya answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The oil change and vehicle checks did not take long at all, and the team did not rush anything even though it was almost closing time. The team also worked very well together and there wasn't any time where there wasn't at least one person working on my vehicle. I would definitely come back to the Whitestown location again for my next oil change.

  Just to let other's know. There is what they call a 'temporary surcharge' of $4.85 tacked on your bill. It's not much but would have appreciated a heads-up before they did the work. I can't figure out how to reply to your reply. I wanted to say I understand the unstable oil market but would liked to have been told prior. I give kudos to Corp, they called me within a couple hours of me writing them and left a vm and offered to give me a refund. Was very impressed with their quick response, you have good people at the top. Thanks for your explanation.
