We always have great experiences at Tire Discounters. Was needing a set of new tires in a short time frame and Destiny got me in the same morning along with a wonderful deal! Everyone was so kind to me and my crazy toddler, which isn’t always the case with auto-related places! He enjoyed looking out into the bays to see the technicians working on the cars, and so did I. It was very clear the techs care about the cars they are working on and are paying attention to detail. We will continue to come back for all of our tire needs! Loving the new tires. Thanks, TD!

We were stranded with a flat tire an were able to pull the car to tire discount, we waited 8 hours until they opened and they wouldn’t simply dismount a tire and mount a new one on the rim until 3 days later. Save your time, money, and happiness and go to Midas. The manager realized that we were in need and did the work himself. Don’t go to tire discount.

I have had several interactions now with this store, and each one has been great! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They are not pushy at all, but give you great info about what your vehicle might need in the future. I plan on only buying tires and services here whenever possible in the future!

I had my son come in 9/16/26 to get 4 brand new cooper tires. I scheduled the appointment several days in advance and called to confirm the appointment on that Monday before the appointment. I talked to a women that Monday in the morning stating since I was out of town that once the tires are put on they would call me and take payment over the phone. After the tires went all they refused to take payment over the phone. Once all of that was finished and payment was received on there end I had my son send me a copy of the receipt. The wiper blades were free with a purchase of tires and come to find out they tried charging my son $50 for two new wipers. I had him go back in to the store in Whitestown Indiana location and tell them these wipers were free with me on the phone and they were very quick to tell him we can issue you a refund. They tried taking advantage of a young adult and will never get any business from me again.

I have been a loyal customer for years (always get our tires here), and after my last experience, I never come again here for an oil change. Prices are going up and are not disclosed anywhere (you have to ask), and then they give you incorrect information. Don’t ask them to explain the pricing/or specials, because they must not understand it either - they’ll just tell you is “all explained there” on the invoice. If you can’t take the time to answer a customer’s question or even explain your own pricing, you need a new line of work (not customer service) and I need a new oil change place. $120 for an oil change “with savings” is highway robbery. Positive Note: Destiny the sales manager is great - 10/10. Very patient, able to explain things clearly, goes the extra mile.
