  I was really impressed. I had a tire that was almost flat and the woman I talked to (Angie) was super helpful. She told me they didn’t have the tire type I had but they could order it and get it by early afternoon if my tire couldn’t be repaired. Destiny who is the general manager left oled at the tires and explained very well what was wrong and why I needed new tires. They had them on and up and running in no time. They did a great job and I would definitely go back there.

  I had an emergency flat and they pushed me right to the front and got me out of there within 20 mins. Loved how attentive and quick they were. Will use again for my next set of tires. Thanks guys!

  Experience with this shop could not have been better. Destiny is very professional and provided amazing customer service. An unforeseen issue was found with my wheels and she did not hesitate to help me in anyway she possibly could. She provided alternative options to fix the issue with a reasonable price and kept my vehicle safe and sound while I waited for new wheels to arrive. Ritchie was also very helpful with providing me with tire options and the differing benefits based on selection. Afterwards, all services were completed in a professional and timely manner. I truly can’t recommend this place enough, if you need service done to your vehicle this is the shop to trust!

  I highly recommend this Tire Discounters In Whitestown for all your car repairs. January 2026, I brought my car here, and car had a lot of issues, and my car was not safe to drive. Mostly due to potholes. They were so kind and so helpful and made the repairs needed. They are very knowledgeable, and you can tell that they care about people and not just trying to make a dollar. Kyle, Destiny, and Richie really know their stuff!! When I was talking with them, I felt like I was talking with friends. They answered all of my questions. Listened to my concerns. And then last month, I had another issue with needing a new wheel for my car due to damn pothole busting it, and they did everything in their power to try to help me on that. For a week I talked to them every day on the phone or went in there trying to get this issue resolved.(no fault of theirs or mine)The problem was that I could not find a wheel for my new tire. I will forever be grateful to them for their time, their understanding and all of their help. Good honest people work there, and it shows! If I could give this place 20 stars, I would. This is where I will come for my car needs!

  Richie and crew continue to go above and beyond for all car repair needs. Totally changed my view of some of the chain tire places as being a true full service repair shop. Will have my full business as long as I’m in the area.
