  I just called to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was told they don’t do appointments anymore. It’s all walk in, first come first serve. You might have to wait 2-4 hours for an oil change! This is exactly what they told me. They just lost a customer. I’ll go back to buying my tires at Discount Tire too

  Not terrible, just very slow don't have enough staff or bays for the business this store gets. Expect at least 2hrs wait to be seen then another 2-3 for the fix.... might as well drive to Michigan rd and have them fix the car in an hr.

  Out of town and picked up a screw in my tire. Belle fixed us up. They were prompt, organized, and got us back on the road quickly. They didnt charge us for the patch. The staff and techs here are amazing.

  Be REAL careful here. My husband took our car in, asked for two tires and no alignment. Came back to pick the car up the store offered to "only charge us half" for the alignment we didn't ask for, and they'd put 4 new tires on instead of just two. Beware.

  My first time there- I dropped in, no appt necessary, I had an issue with my tire and they fixed it in 20 mins! Didn’t charge me a dime. Everyone was so kind and quick! Will definitely be back.
