This was by far the most disgusting Pilot truck stop I have ever been to. We are over the road and specifically choose Pilot locations whenever possible, so we have been to a lot of them across the country. I have never seen one in this condition. There were three employees working, and the store was not particularly busy, yet none of them seemed to be making any effort to clean or maintain the facility. The overall condition was absolutely appalling and honestly made me question how this location was allowed to operate in that state. As professional drivers, we spend a lot of time at truck stops and understand that they can get busy and messy. That was not the issue here. The problem was the lack of cleanliness and the apparent lack of effort to address it, even with multiple employees working. We were so disappointed that we actually called Pilot customer service to report the condition. The representative told us he would send us an email where we could submit pictures, but we never received the email. He didn’t seem to care at all and was rushing us off the phone. No apology or anything. This particular store was a huge disappointment. Management needs to take a serious look at this location, its cleanliness standards, and what employees are doing during their shifts. This is not an acceptable environment for the drivers who spend their hard-earned money here. Every response to complaints on here from the owner says they will reach out to the store to address it..:clearly that is not working!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE August 21, 2026 — around 11:00 PM I reserved and paid for a semi-truck parking spot earlier today. I arrived around 11 PM exhausted, only to find someone else parked in my reserved spot. Staff told me they have no security and the only thing they could do was refund me. What’s the point of paid reserved parking if the spot isn’t guaranteed? I lost valuable time late at night looking for another place to park, and it completely ruined my plan. Very disappointing and unreliable for truck drivers.

This pilot does NOT kick you out for stealing a reserved spot! DO NOT PAY FOR RESERVED PARKING HERE. YOU DON'T NEED TO. The lady at the counter said they can't/ won't do anything about it. Don't waste your money or points.
