- DSDarren SmithMay 11, 20261.0Took my 2025 f150 with 21 thousand miles for an oil change. The next day the oil pressure was bouncing up and down. Call them and the manger said to bring it by after I did the manger replace he oil filter and that did not work. I took it to the Fors dealer and they told me it had 9 courts of oil it was way over field. Why didn’t the manger check that? Will not come back here

The bays were empty except for one car outside of one garage door with its hood up. I see someone attending to this customer and another worker leaning against a door frame across the bay. Nobody interested in helping costumers inside. By this time another customer walked in and was leaning on the counter waiting. Since it was evident nobody wanted to assist me with my oil change and even if they did come to try there was now another customer that would be in front of me, I left. I've been going to this location for my oil changes for a few years and always had good service. Now I am forced to find somewhere else to go.

The team took the time to replace the defective bolts and even re-tapped the cross threaded bolt so the cover plate could be securely remounted. All this at no extra cost to me. Well done!
