  First time customer and recently moved to state. They were friendly, fast, and just very thorough which I appreciated. Nothing to upsell just looking out for me and I had 3 young kids in the car too so quick and painless is what I needed!

  The gentleman working we’re very friendly & did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable , they assisted me with resetting the oil gauge and overall just very polite. I appreciated that !

  App is never accurate wait time. I drove out because the app said 0-10 min wait. Arrive a few minutes later and am told they only have two people working today and it will be at least 45 minutes before they can even start on my car. I pull the app up and it still says no wait. Faking your wait time because you don’t have adequate staff is just absolutely wild for a business that prides itself on fast service.

  I had been a loyal Valvoline customer for years, using multiple locations without issue, until my experience with the Westfield location. After an oil change, my vehicle developed a significant oil leak that required multiple return visits. I was first told the issue was a loose oil filter, then a gasket, then another gasket. Despite being repeatedly assured the problem was fixed, my vehicle continued losing oil and eventually showed low-oil warnings. On one visit, technicians told me the engine was nearly out of oil just days after service. After initially telling me everything was "perfect," the store later claimed my oil pan was cracked and suggested I had hit a pothole, which never happened. A licensed mechanic inspected the vehicle and documented damage near the drain bolt area, concluding it was consistent with tool impact during service. I paid $575 out of pocket for repairs. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and the constantly changing explanations. Despite professional documentation and being told Valvoline would reimburse repairs if a mechanic confirmed service-related damage, the company ultimately denied responsibility. Also, the employee told me that if a licensed mechanic concludes that it happened because of an oil change, they will then reimburse me completely for the repair. He said his manager "Faith" had told him that. But when I spoke to Faith, she outright denied any responsibility saying "we have video proofs" that we did not do it. My question is simple, if you had video proofs then why did you say you will reimburse me? This experience cost me time, money, and trust. I can no longer recommend this location. I will be taking this case further and make sure they do not do this again to anyone else.

  Went in for ane oil change as I was paying my car died mentioned it to them and they ignored me until they told me to pull out, then tried to help me. Manger Faith was rude and hid in the office. When checking the battery they mad it very loss to where the car would not start. They couldn't figure it out took my own father to drive up there and mess with it for two seconds to fix it. All they could say is not our problem.
