Very nice customer service but I’m leaving a review because of the condition in which I picked my car up. Someone backed into my car so brought it in to be fixed, I expected them to fixed the small area and be done. They also rotated my tires and detailed the inside of my car which desperately needed it. So grateful for the hard work they do here. Definitely will recommend people here!!

Up front, I did not get any services provided other than an assessment that insurance was covering. However, I was very impressed with the customer service that I was provided there and the thorough explanation I received after the assessment. This seemed like a well run shop and God forbid I ever need collision services again, but I will not hesitate to go through them.
I can highly recommend these guys. Everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient. Their communication is great. They sent multiple texts updating the progress. They handled everything with the insurance and rental car companies. And I got the car back 4 days early. Thanks!
Terrible. They replaced my back bumper and tailgate after I was rear-ended. I picked up the car and drove it to Virginia for Thanksgiving. The car would not start once I got there. They referred me to a local shop some distance away which was not even a Gerber facility. I found a nearby local shop in Virginia which found that Gerber had not secured the battery cables after completing the back bumper replacement. Gerber is now refusing to pay the cost of the diagnosis and repair of their mistake by the Virginia shop. Liberty Mutual is also now refusing to pay my out-of-pocket expenses related to the incident as well. (I had to rent a car to return to Indiana, then had to buy a plane ticket to return to Virginia to pick up my car.) Negligence in completing all aspects of the repair and their unwillingness to admit their mistake is now costing me thousands out of my own pocket. Despicable.
FOLLOW-ON TO GERBER RESPONSE:
You have my phone number and e-mail address and can contact me via either, including leaving a voicemail. Liberty Mutual informed me that Gerber would not be covering the entire cost of the diagnosis and repair in Virginia. If that is not accurate, please let me know and I will not include Gerber in the small claims court paperwork.
