  Ooohhh the guys at the counter were super nice and made my day feel easy. Customer service can make or break the flow of the day. Their energy made that difference for me and I truly appreciate them. And when I walked in for the drop off, I was asked if my car was ready at the auto shop. I was thinking, they have a million customers daily and my situation was remembered and acknowledged. The BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thanks Enterprise Team!!! My #1 place for great service.

  How does a company who's sole mission is to provide rental vehicles NOT able to provide rental vehicles. We reserved a rental for today so my wife could drop her car off at the shop. The reservation was confirmed. The pick up location was confirmed. Now 1 hour before her pick up time they call and say they literally have 0 cars available. She asked about surrounding area, they said nope they dont have any either. So Enterprise "rental" cars have 0 rental cars?What a terrible business model that is. I have exclusively used Enterprise for all my business and personal rental needs. After today, I absolutely will be going elsewhere. This is not customer service and putting the customer first like they boast about. 🤦‍♂️ Update: I see your response, but I will not be going to any other website to "look" into this further. The people who look at your reviews deserve to see how you conduct business or lack thereof I should say. This happened this morning at the Enterprise off 32 in westfield IN. If you are responding to this post, you should be able to go in and see why your team didnt have vehicles available that were reserved and pick up times scheduled.

  I use these guys all the time. They're the best. Just rented a Wagoneer for a trip to Florida and it was perfect, and they always accomdate.

  My vehicle is in the shop for maintenance and I needed a rental for a day. Called them at noon (today, July 28, 2026) and requested their advertised pickup service 1.5 miles away, a 3-minute drive each way. They straight out declined to pick me up saying “we don’t have enough employees”. No offer to come later, just rudeness. I Uber’d and went in ~30 minutes later, THREE employees sitting there and ZERO customers until I walked in. False advertising of services. Zero remorse or customer care.
