  I came in to get a tire repaired and tires rotated my truck set on the stand for two hrs 5 hrs later I was out the door I’d suggest setting a appointment and dropping it off

  I had a flat tire and employee told me that my waiting time will be around 2 hours and I agreed to wait and 15 minutes later decided to leave the tire and take my car to run some errands and when I came back to the store before my window time ends, the customer service told me I have to wait 45 minutes since I took my car and now it’s an hour for just waiting to put the repaired tire on. This store has zero respect to their customer time.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Belle Tire in Westfield. Andrea and Adrianna were possibly the two most rude customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered. Their condescending tone, unfriendly attitude, and complete lack of basic customer service — including not greeting customers when they walk in — was shocking. They seemed more focused on whatever they were doing behind the counter than the customers standing right in front of them. I previously would’ve given this location a five‑star review. When I bought my tires here in February, the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. But that changed the moment I came in with a nail in my tire. Because they don’t allow appointments for tire repairs, I had no choice but to drop off my vehicle. Later, I received a call from Andrea telling me the tire had been previously patched — even though I bought those tires brand new from Belle Tire. I’ve already submitted a customer service complaint and still haven’t heard back. It’s frustrating that a shop this busy refuses to schedule repair appointments, making an already stressful situation even more inconvenient. This experience completely changed how I view this location.
