I feel like I have been scammed. My husband and I have been long time customers of Belle Tire in Westfield. Over the years we have replaced all four tires on both vehicles and done our regular vehicle maintenance/repairs through them and were satisfied with both customer service and the work that was done. Earlier in 2026, I went in for an alignment and tire rotation and was told that I needed $1300 worth of repairs done. Since I trusted Belle Tire, I moved forward with the repairs. About a month ago, I started to notice my vehicle was making a funny noise and so I went back in and was quoted another $800 in repairs that I moved forward with. I was also told my battery needed replaced but I knew I had just replaced it months prior so I declined. Unfortunately at that appointment I was told it would only take a couple hours but they ended up having my vehicle till end of day with no update at all besides just saying it’s now fixed. The gentlemen at the front desk was kind and apologized for the delay, but I was fine with it as long as my vehicle was taken care of which he reassured. I was concerned about the battery still since they said it needed replaced, so I went to the business that I purchased it from where they tested and said it was functioning perfectly fine. So was this just another unnecessary “repair”? Within a week, I started to notice the vehicle was actually doing worse and now has progressively become noticeable that there is clearly something wrong. I went in today to see if a mechanic could drive the vehicle to actually see what I am noticing, and was told at first that I could schedule an appointment or wait for up to an hour till it can be looked at. I understand that a business can be busy so I said that’s okay, I will go somewhere else because my trust was already low. I was then told that a mechanic could be ready in 15 minutes so I decided to wait, but 30 minutes went by with no update. I let the guy at the front desk know I was leaving and he apologized that the mechanic wasn’t right on his timing. I went in today in hope that the trust could be gained back and the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, I feel like I have spent over $2,000 for my car to be in worse shape then it was before and I am questioning if any repairs that were done were even needed or even done at all.
I can’t say enough good things about this place but especially the employees. Adrianne is fantastic. She is attentive and very understanding of being in a situation where you may not have your vehicle because of a tire issue. Zach also does an awesome job of stepping up if it is a higher end vehicle and he knows it should be treated as such. I love this place and they will have a customer for life as long as I’m nearby. Thank you guys again for everything.

Was a previously very dissatisfied customer but push came to shove and I came back in today for a nail in my tire. Ariana was amazing with her communication and patience with everything. I appreciate the service and time she spent going over things with me despite how busy they were. Would definitely come back.

Researched, ordered and scheduled new tire install all online. When I arrived, the tires I wanted weren't at the store, but they upgraded the tires at no charge, explained the difference to me in a way that was both respectful and understandable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I was dropping the car off and told them I wouldn't be able to pick it up for several hours, they had everything done and ready to go in just over 2 hours. Plus they were crazy busy after the long weekend. The best part was driving in the pouring rain this morning and feeling like my car was GLUED to the road. Would highly recommend!
I forgot to write this review earlier. This crew helped me last week… quite literally 8 minutes before they closed. I had noticed at 7:40 that my front right tire had an impact break. My dad told me to just drive over to Belle Tire purely to get their advice on whether or not it’s safe to drive on for the night. I go inside and the man at the front desk immediately comes out, looks at my tire, and tells me it’s a blowout waiting to happen. He said, “Could you drive on it? Yes. But do I want you to? No.” He walked back in to look up the tire I had and told me they have one in stock. I know his coworkers were probably anxious to get home since they were minutes from closing, but he wanted to get me taken care of as soon as possible. I felt guilty for keeping them there, but he assured me it’s a quick and easy fix since it’s just a replacement. They got me in and out with a fresh tire at a very reasonable price, and as frustrated as the team probably was, they really executed and knocked it out impressively fast. I’d fully expected them to have already locked the doors by the time I pulled into the lot or at the very least be told by an employee to come back/call in the morning. I very much appreciate the workers at this location for what they did— I would highly recommend this place.
