I made a reservation online the day before around 2 PM for an 8 AM pick up. Confirmation confirmed, good to go. I had planned to walk there, which is a 1-hour walk. Anyways, at 7:52 AM I get an email saying my reservation was cancelled. I get there and they explained to me they have no cars. That's the whole point of "reserving" something. They tell me there is nothing they can do. I understand sometimes the system overbooks, but I made the reservation with enough time left on the workday that someone should have caught that and notified me the day of. I find it extremely disrespectful of my time. Best part was on my Uber ride back home (I walked there to NOT spend money on a ride) the Uber driver told me the same thing happened to her twice already. I am extremely disappointed, they obviously have an issue with their process which is a shame because the location is super convenient.
