  23July2026 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't say enough good things about the Enterprise location at the Purdue University Airport in West Lafayette! I travel frequently for work, and this is the third time I've rented from this location. Every experience has been outstanding. This trip started with a major mistake on my part—I accidentally booked my rental in Lafayette, Louisiana instead of West Lafayette, Indiana. I was completely panicked because I was here for work and desperately needed a car. Sophia at the front desk was absolutely incredible. She was calm, patient, and genuinely kind from the moment I explained what had happened. She immediately reassured me that we'd get everything sorted out. I was so desperate that I even offered to take a car that had just been returned without it being cleaned, promising I wouldn't complain! She just smiled and said, "Absolutely not—we're not giving you a dirty car." While I worked through the mess with the third-party booking company, Sophia patiently waited. To make matters worse, after I thought everything had been fixed, I realized they had made the exact same mistake I had, so I had to call them back and start over again. Throughout the entire process, she never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. Once everything was resolved, Sophia helped me choose the perfect vehicle. She even asked if I used Apple CarPlay and took the time to recommend a car that would fit my needs. I told her I honestly didn't care what I got because I was just so relieved to have a vehicle! She personally brought the car around, made sure I knew how everything worked, and answered all of my questions before I left. The car was excellent, and the entire rental experience couldn't have been smoother. This location consistently goes above and beyond. On a previous trip, my flight arrived after hours at the private FBO, and they arranged to have my rental delivered there so it would be waiting for me. That's the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. Returning the car is just as easy—it's less than a one-minute walk to the terminal at LAF, making it incredibly convenient. Having such a great Enterprise location at a small airport is a huge advantage for travelers. Thank you, Sophia, and the entire team, for consistently providing exceptional customer service. You've earned a loyal customer!

  TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES. I have rented cars from Enterprise 18 different states and this is my least favorite location. They are the exact opposite of helpful. If you would like to wait many hours, get charged for those hours, and be given a car that needs an oil change, And told to take it to jiffy lube yourself, this is location for you. If you would like a stress-free rental experience I would check a different brand, not just a different location.

  There needs to be negative stars. One is too good for them Reserved an SUV. Yes, they have it. Went to pick it up "sorry we dont have one, try the other office here's the number. No help at all. Other office had only a piece of crap 4 cylinder. I drove to Bowling Green and in returning on the interstate the tire blew up. And I mean blew up! The car warning goes off "time for maintenence. There was trash and food under the seats. No GPS, no connection to phone,passenger seat had stains. Tow truck company said it was a defective tire. Had to put one on to get home. Total bill towing, tire etc. $358. They said too bad. Its on you. You didn't purchase the insurance. Terrible service. Will never use them again

  This place doesn't even deserve one star. The manager, Matt had the worst customer service I have ever experienced! He called me 24 hours before I was to pickup my rental to tell me he didn't have it available even though I reserved it online. He REFUSED to help me find another. He couldn't even call another location to check availability. I called the corporate office and they too were very shocked of his way of handling the situation and apologized.
