- JBJen BurnetteJul 3, 20261.0Had a 9am appointment for a set of new tires, it didn't get moved into the shop until 10:30 and it was finally finished at 11:30. No communication about when they are starting work on your vehicle. It shouldn't take almost 3 hours to install a set of tires, especially when you've made an appointment.

Came to my 10am appointment to say I didnt have a tire appoitement I had a service appointment even though there's no way to make a tire repair appointment its only for new tires rims. Blatant just lied to your customer amd said it would be a 5 hour wait time for me now since I did it under a service appointment when thats just not true on the website at all. It was the store manager that helped me and very rude not helpful and isnt looking to satisfy or be transparent and honest with his customers.

During 1st appt., waited 45 min. before car was looked at. During the second appt., I was told 2 hrs. before car would be looked at. I could not come back later and not wait. Had to wait at least 2 more days if I wanted to reschedule. Matt Clark was not helpful and rude. This store is slow and does not keep appts. AVOID! No reason to schedule appts. Store does not honor them!

I was in emergency need of a tire before work, and the staff came together and got me taken care of in about 20 mins and I still made it to work on time. Kenzie behind the counter was a great help and wasted no time whatsoever in getting the job done. I highly recommend this place. Also, they were honest and didn't try to pressure me with sales add-ons.
