  Needed an oil change and the starter broke down, they replaced the starter and double checked my car for other issues. I didn't realize they knew how to work on engines, but they did an amazing job. I will be going back to tire barn now. No more Walmart or the awful dealership I bought my car from

  They used to do solid work and were great to work with. However, my last few appointments have not been great. I booked an alignment due to some uneven tire wear and got in quickly. After the alignment, when I would straighten my steering wheel, the car would pull to the right. Due to the tires being worn, I went ahead and booked an appointment for new tires and for the alignment to be performed again. I got all the confirmation emails and texts, and showed up at the appointment only to find out that booking online "doesn't matter." Apparently the corporate and regional sites don't communicate. So I ordered the tires and was told that they would likely be in the next day and that they would call me. This was Tuesday. Friday rolls around and I haven't heard anything so I call. The tires arrived the day before but no one called. During the tire ordering, they told me the alignment would be another $134.99. I challenged that since the second alignment was to correct the issue caused by the first alignment. I went back and forth with a few different people and they finally told me I would not have to pay for the alignment since it was under warranty. Great. Monday rolls around and I get my tires put on. I go to pick it up and confirm that they did the alignment, as well. Nope. That information didn't get relayed to the guys. I again made sure I wouldn't have to pay for the alignment. He told me that they warranty their alignments for 6 months, so no, I would not have to pay. Then why all the back and forth? They do the alignment and I go back to pick up the car, pay the bill, and leave. The bill amount matches the originally quoted price before any discussion of the alignment so I thought all was square. I look at the invoice and there is a $134.99 charge for an alignment. So they were going to charge me twice for the alignment until I challenged it and said that I wouldn't have to pay it, only to still have to pay for an alignment that wasn't even done when the tires were put on. I will not be doing business with them anymore. I hope that $134.99 was worth it to them.

  Friendly and fair service! Making an appointment was super easy over the phone after blowing a tire far from home, and OG Top Gear was playing in the waiting area- couldn't ask for more!
