  Have been a Autozone customer literally for decades but seriously want to give a shout out to an employee of the Warsaw IN store by the name of Jacob! This young man worked through various issues for me and got me taken care of when no one else could and he was very polite and smart! Thank you Jacob for a job well done!!!

  I want to thank Auto Zone for all the help and advice that they have given me. I have been going here for quite some time now. They are always very friendly, helpful, and customer oriented. They do everything that they can to help you. Also they have several free services which is very helpful to seniors like me. Yesterday I stopped in there to pickup a couple things and talked to them about one of my daytime running lights that is out. I have a Subaru Outback and taking it to a dealership would cost me probably an arm and both legs. One of the gentlemen there was very helpful and pointed me in different direction to possibly get it replaced. I am very Thankful to JW for his care and concern over my situation. He was a great help. Thank You!!!!

  JW Smith What an extremely helpful man. Every time I go there and need anything he goes above and beyond . Very knowledgeable and does his best to explain items to me and to make sure I have the best for my needs . I really hope he gets noticed for who he is and how helpful he is . I would give him 10 stars if it was able to be done .
