  Customer service has always been excellent. Car has always been clean. Deposit is returned in a reasonable amount of time.

  I would like for Kristin to be recognized for being very helpful! I was late picking up Saturday and got there a few minutes before they closed, She got everything in order quickly to get me on my way! I returned the vehicle today and didn't know how I was going to get back home 20 miles away, She told me if I was able to wait 30 minutes she would have a driver that could get me back home.. And this type of service is why I'll continue to use this enterprise location for all my rental needs.

  I do hate to say this, but I will not be using enterprise again. Ran into some problems, tried contacting the company No one would answer wasted a full day of our trip. Waiting on a replacement vehicle because our first one broke down on us. I left a note in the Dropbox with my name and number and still heard no response. They are impossible to get a hold of when there is a problem terrible customer service

  Everybody was friendly to get our vehicle. Good and cleaned when we got it very good job and very good friendly service.
