  Rented a 2025 GMC Sierra, vehicle was clean and tank full. I wouldn't call this a complaint. I would call it an observation . . . The staff was great, but they seemed a little overwhelmed with the traffic coming in, one person trying to clean the vehicles outside in 90+ degree heat. To help out one of the staff helped finish, rinsing the vehicle off and bringing around front. This is not the fault of the person washing the vehicles, she was doing more than should be expected. I put the blame on the corporation (just like Walmart) They understaff and expect an employee to do multiple jobs for minimum pay. I give the employees 5 ⭐️ I give the corporation 1 ⭐️

  Our local Enterprise Vincennes branch has always been extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. We’ve rented over a hundred vehicles over the years and the service has been outstanding.

  I would have given 0 stars if that was an option! I had a vehicle reserved for 6 weeks due to needing it while my vehicle was having body work done. This was covered by my insurance company, who has a contract with Enterprise. I was to pick the vehicle up today, a Saturday, at 11:30am. My vehicle has to be dropped off tomorrow at the body shop, and I have to be able to get to work on Monday. When I arrived, I was told by the manager that they did not have a vehicle for me. I responded that I had a reservation. He said he was sorry, but "they didn't send me enough cars". He did not offer any solutions, just that he was sorry. I left there in tears. What a terrible way to do business! I also had to drive 40 miles one way from my home to this location. With the cost of gas, that was also an expense I will nit be reimbursed for😡
