  Troy was short handed today…a Sunday after the Fourth of July, and got me right in for a set of tires. His customer service was top notch and was running the phone, taking customers, taking payment and putting on tires. Kudos to this guy, literally saved the day and got my vehicle road ready for work next week. You sir are an American Hero. Five stars to Tire Barn in Valpo. Bravo!!!

  The staff was nice. They charged me for a tire repair and the same tire had the same issue before I even got home. They did have a mouse die on the floor of the lobby while I was waiting.

  I’m a truck driver and I was at the pilot giving a cup of coffee. I noticed a young lady pull her car up to the tire pump to put air in her tire, And when she finished, she drove around front and I noticed your tire was still flat. She parked behind a pick up truck and ask the two gentlemen if they would help her and they both said no. Told me being me, walked up to her and told her if she had a spare tire I would change it for her. Once I try to put her spare tire on, I realize the rim was the wrong size for her vehicle. So I googled tire repair and it came up with the tire barn. I called them and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Troy and he told me to bring the tire in. So I dropped my trailer at the pilot, put her tire in my truck and drove there. They installed the valve stem. Troy was the shop supervisor And the gentleman who active praise the valve was Jeff. They were both really professional and polite gentleman. So if anybody has issues with tire, do not hesitate and please give this facility a call because they go above and beyond and I will refer to anybody who lives in the area. Thank you management for having such outstanding employees.

  I rate this review a 1 star only for the shear fact that I called to have an alignment done, the individual that answered the phone was from a call center across the world. I had scheduled an appointment, and went to the store at the designated time just for the store to tell me that they dont have a fully trained alignment technician. Really poor communication from call center to store. The store is NOT at fault. It is the company that decided to outsource their work across the world.
