  Had an appointment with same owner just across the street at the gmc buick dealership. I mistakenly went to the ford dealership. And they instantly acted like I spoke with them trying to deceive and get me into a different vehicle than the one I called about. Horrible sales team. Will lie about everything just to get a sale

He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our decision. There was never any pressure or rushing—just excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help us find the right vehicle. Buying a new car is a big decision, and Kentrel made the whole experience smooth, easy, and exciting from beginning to end.   From the moment I walked in Joe L was welcoming. He didn’t pressure me into purchasing a vehicle. He listened to what features I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I really got to have that commercial experience. I was thrilled to walk out with a BRAND NEW VEHICLE with $0 down and within the payment range I requested.

  Came into the ford dealership to look at a new explorer st. Sat down with Mr. Scott and he immediately squared me away, went on a test drive and was treated to a donut, came back to the dealership and he was able to get me into a new explorer st with ease, was definitely a nice and easy experience and had a great time in the dealership

  I had an amazing visit here. I was a “tire kicker “ as I’d call my self lol . I was looking for something but I didn’t know what I could afford and what would be smart. For almost 2 weeks Alex was getting info on other cars for me on what I was looking for after spending a few hours previously looking at some cars and talking prices . Nothing really was sparking my eye to much or anything like that . Well Alex called me like right before I was pulling up the website and they had the car I wanted to. He talked to me previously and another worker Brandon too they helped me get an understanding of what amount of a car I could afford without running my credit . They didn’t run my credit till I gave them the okay . And it was just an awesome experience for me my 2nd ever car bought and best experience yet . Really go to Alex he’s the best there . He’s not there to make crazy money and big $ sales he’s worried about getting people into the car they want and like and word of mouth he wants everyone to have the best experience even if you are just looking and not wanting to buy he just would rather the good word on how he works over making a sale so plz go to him
