  Service here is absolutely ridiculous. I had a 10:30am scheduled appointment for an oil change. While I was there, I was recommended a coolant flush and was specifically told the total service time would be about 1.5 hours. Instead, I sat here for nearly 3 HOURS and spent $300, while watching half a dozen or more customers who arrived after me have their vehicles serviced and leave before mine was finished. This is also not the first time I’ve spent a huge portion of my only day off sitting here waiting for routine maintenance. If a scheduled oil change and coolant flush are going to take nearly three hours, then tell customers that upfront instead of giving them an estimate that’s nowhere close to reality. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or double or triple booking themselves but I bought my car here 5 years ago but my experience with service has gone downhill since then. Nearly 3 hours and $300 later, I’m finally leaving. I won’t be wasting another day off here. Absolutely unacceptable service and a complete disregard for customers’ time.

  What's talking to somebody online? Went up there to look at a vehicle. Vehicle wasn't even on the watch. I also managed a lot kept doing was saying, well, how much money can give me today for down payment? How much money can you give me today for a down payment? Well, if I can't see the vehicle can't test drive the vehicle. Why should I put money down on something that I aint even seen? I'm a Disabled American veteran, and I felt like I was treated like garbage worse than the government already treats me. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

  I had a fantastic experience working with Jeremiah at the GMC dealership. From the very beginning, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He never made me feel pressured or rushed, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. Jeremiah was honest, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I found the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable, which isn’t always something you can say about buying a car! I would highly recommend Jeremiah to anyone looking for a new GMC.
