The staff here was beyond great. They were swamped and short staffed but still managed to be professional and timely. I felt bad not paying a dime for my service as it's one of their complementary ones (they offer numerous) but they have me sold, I'll be back. Keep up the hard work guys.

I took my Jeep to Tire Barn in Terre Haute to have a screw removed from one of my tires. While I was waiting, an employee came out and told me the bead on my tire was chewed up and said it was like that when they removed it from the rim. The tires, however, were installed by Tire Barn about four years ago and that tire had never been removed from the rim. It had around 4,000 ( we dont drive it much)miles on it and had been holding air perfectly. If the bead had actually been damaged like they claimed, it wouldn't have sealed and held air that the whole time. I took pictures of the damage because I believe it happened while Tire Barn was removing the tire. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me it was already like that. I don't believe that's possible based on the tire's history. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. Mistakes can happen, but customers deserve honesty and accountability. I hope management reviews situations like this more carefully in the future.

Nate and his team were kind and helped get my son back on the road in an economic and timely manner when a pothole caused his tire to blow out. Thank you

Stopped in because of a screw in the tire. Guy said it would be at least 1.5 hours. So I asked if they could air up the tire so I could go somewhere else. He said well, just leave. Not on 17lbs of air. He wasnt sure his air hose could reach that far. Im not sure that guy was the person that should be at the front desk.
