- DLDouglas Luedeman5 days ago1.0Very displeased as I didn't receive any work on my vehicle after 48 hours on the lot. Did notice that return customers and females get nice and fast service while my vehicle sat in the same location for 48 hrs as they lied to me about when they'd start and when it'd be ready. Funny how they were quoting prices without even looking and each quote went up $100 each time. I wouldn't let the replace my wipers blades of headlights after this.
- RLReva Luedeman5 days ago1.0Was told they'd get our car right in after my husband got off work. After he got there he was told it would be the next day before they could look at it. The third day after my husband got off work it wasn't even in the show for an estimate yet. Not only that but the husband was told the mechanic called off that day. So same day service went to 48 hrs sitting without even being looked at. Thanks so much grease monkey for ruining my doctors appointment and my kids dentist appointment. Apparently they can't tell you the truth and just bury you with new lies day after day. If I could give negative stars it would have to go to 10 instead of just 5
