I've been to Grease Monkey a lot for oil changes on a variety of vehicles and never thought to leave a review for them. Today I just went and had my oil changed on my Dodge Ram pickup truck and had my 8-month-old baby girl with me, Bc we like to go on adventures together. And upon arrival they came outside to greet me asked me what I was wanting to do and told them I had my baby girl with me. They got my truck in and they were efficient and did a very good job change my air filter gave me a discount and then back my truck out and had the passenger side door open in the back because it's a quad cab held the door open for me so I could get my baby girl out in her car seat and right into the truck. I could tell that this was a group who also have children and some dad's coming together. They were polite professional very welcoming and I just couldn't leave a better review if I wanted to. On top of that you never know what somebody may have on their mind and acts of kindness like that go a long way.

Fast and received a discount for being a new customer. Will demonstrated for my teenager how to check the oil level and we can get topped off with oil for no charge.

This team is highly capable and successfully resolved the issue I encountered with my oil filter, which had required me to have my vehicle towed. William was a pleasure to work with, and I will certainly return for future service. The customer service provided was excellent and very courteous.
