  I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience. I brought my truck in because it had a "Service 4WD" warning message and was experiencing shuddering. I was at the dealership for approximately five hours, despite the fact that they had all of the necessary parts on hand. They even took an hour lunch break while my vehicle sat there. Instead of properly diagnosing the issue, it felt like they were simply guessing. I was told a transfer case service would fix the problem, so I agreed to have it done. Unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing to correct the issue. What concerns me the most is that the "Service 4WD" message was cleared before I left, making it appear as though the problem had been fixed. Shortly after leaving, the warning came right back. If the underlying problem had actually been repaired, the warning would not have immediately returned. Clearing a fault code without correcting the cause is not a repair. I paid for diagnostic time and additional service, yet I left with the exact same problem I arrived with after spending nearly five hours at the dealership. I expected a proper diagnosis and an honest repair, not parts and services based on guesses. I hope management takes this review seriously and improves the quality of its diagnostic process and customer service. Customers deserve accurate troubleshooting, clear communication, and repairs that actually solve the problem.
