  Brought my truck in for a rotation and balance. They had it for 7 hours and all they managed to do was cause $500 in damages. No tires balance, no tires rotated. Literally pulled cob webs out of the lug wells of the front tires which mean they didn't even bother taking those off. I had to take my vehicle to BURKE SPRING AND ALIGNMENT WHO DID AN AWESOME JOB AT A GREAT PRICE. When I reached out to Greg at this location on regards to the damage he gave me a bad email for a manager that probably doesn't exist. Which is wild because when he handed me my keys he said he was going to cover the damages. Needless to say I haven't heard back from anyone in this company because they clearly don't give two shits about people or doing their jobs right. This is the only Belle Tire I've ever had issues with but I will never do business with the company again due to how piss poorly this was handled. Absolute scam artist and hackjobs. Take your business elsewhere.

  My son (from Michigan) was visiting a friend at the University about 40 mins from this location and had a tire/brake seize up due to a hose...he brought it there around closing on a Friday and they were able to get it in the next morning and make the repairs. They even stayed a little after closing to complete the repair so he could make the trek back home. The prices were reasonable, the customer service was amazing and it helped lessen this moms anxiety knowing he was in good hands. Thanks!

  I was traveling and my check engine light came on. Belle tire was able to work me in. I had a cylinder misfiring and they replaced my spark plugs. As soon as I left I had the same problems. My check engine light was back on and the shop was now closed. I continued on to my destination and had it checked again. Turns out one of the spark plugs they installed had a loose wire causing the cylinder to still misfire.

  I came in at 9:00 AM for a wheel alignment because my car was pulling to one side. I was made to wait for over 3 hours, only for them to claim that "there's nothing wrong with the alignment." When I pointed out the issue, they made me wait even longer and acted like they didn't even want to service my car. The attitude from the staff was dismissive, unwelcoming, and felt discriminatory

  I recently brought my vehicle into Belle Tire simply expecting to get a standard wheel alignment. Instead, what should have been a straightforward service turned into a sales pitch for expensive, unneeded repairs. During the inspection, the technician claimed I needed entirely new ball joints and a track bar before they could proceed with the alignment. Being skeptical due to it just leaving my mechanic I declined their pricey recommendations and took my back to my independent, trusted mechanic for a second opinion. To no surprise, my independent mechanic inspected the front end and confirmed that both the ball joints and the track bar were completely solid, safe, and showed zero signs of excessive wear. It is incredibly disappointing to see a chain like Belle Tire resort to trying to upsell customers on parts and labor they simply do not need. It feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers who might not know any better.
