I’ve used this AutoZone since moving up here to Indiana for three years. I’ve gotten parts for multiple vehicles of mine and has never had any issue whatsoever every time the guys in there and the girls in there are as nice as they can be very knowledgeable they don’t try to force you to buy anything you don’t need. They’re always happy to order part if they don’t have it in stock. They have kept everything in stock that is on special. Even though some of their material is more expensive than other stores in Terre Haute. These guys will back up what they sell and always help you get the right stuff. As long as I’m up here in Terre Haute, y’all have my business for sure. only thing I would say is just a reminder to always ask your customers about their loyalty rewards and Logging it in under their phone number. Thanks again guys.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I’ve been getting parts here for my 15 year old truck and my son’s 27 year old truck for several years. I’ve been pretty happy until recently. I went out of town for 4 days recently and today my wife tells me that she went to this AutoZone and they charged her $72 for 2 replacement wiper blades. She drives a Chevy Malibu, not a luxury car. She said she asked the clerk which size she needed and he walked her to the aisle like she was stupid. She said he then physically stood in her way to prevent her from accessing the less expensive wiper blades. After paying $72, the employees didn’t even have the decency to install the new wiper blades for her. She said she was standing out in the rain messing with it for 5-10 minutes. I priced the same size replacement wiper blades at Walmart for $20 to $42 depending on which ones you went with. Is this the AutoZone policy— to upsell and take advantage of females who they think don’t know anything about cars or auto parts? I’m furious and I doubt if I will be buying anymore truck parts from this place.
