- RCRafael Cantoran4 days ago1.0Very bad service, they didn't change the oil filter they used a machine to suck the oil and when the machine finished sucking they put the new oil and I saw that they put very little and when they showed me the level it was almost dry I told him and he ignored me so I had to buy 1 liter of oil to put it in the car. I paid for nothing and then they didn't give me the sticker that goes on the windshield to know when it's the next service, I just went to throw away my money. I won't go back to that place.

Bottom one is minimum and top is max. They walk up and show me the level. I argue thats minimum and there response is ask another tech. Nope thats totally fine They say say. Im not stupid and I even check with owners manual and correct. OK buddy thanks for nothing. Im out another 9 bucks for another quarter.

I ask alot of questions and they answer with respect, they don't make me feel silly for asking, and they don't pressure me to get things done if I cannot afford it at the moment. I always feel well taken care of here, been a customer for about 5 years now.
