This was by far the worst oil change service I’ve ever experienced. Service tech could not figure out how to get my air filter out, while trying to do so he was pulling on the mass air flow wiring connection and once he gave up I can hear his screw gun striping the bolt which he replied with “ it’s hard to get to”. I get it it’s young kids we are chancing our vehicles with but they could have at least, checked air pressure, cabin filter, washer fluid etc. then to top it off he turns the oil dip stick upside down then turns it to the side to show me my levels. Yes I can see all the work being performed “ or not being performed” through the opening of the hood and the dashboard. Worst $143.00 I’ve ever spent with a $15 coupon. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I RETURN TO THIS LOCATION, nor will any friends or family. Hopefully the oil is at least full when I get home.

I had to wait for a while because the people in front of me were getting more advanced care performed but Raeson and Dylan were very kind and helpful. They informed me of what I could get done but did not pressure me into getting anything more than what I originally came for, which was appreciated. They were speedy once it was my turn to go!

Even though my service ran over it being time for them to close; they did not rush to finish my vehicle, Christian and Ray were both very personable making Valvoline a welcoming environment. The Store Manager Matthew answered my questions about services that I needed but did not know what they were for. So I was able to understand the services I was receiving.

The gentlemen at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in St. John couldn’t be nicer! They took my car in for an oil change 5 minutes before closing! I was given great service from Grayson and Matt without any rush. They made sure everything was taken care of so my car would be in the best running condition. I would recommend these guys to anyone for great care and service!
