I had a very disappointing and disrespectful experience at this location. I stopped in to purchase medicine for a coworker, Red Bulls, and several other snacks, so I was carrying quite a few items. I was also preparing a protein drink with coffee while I shopped.
While I was there, I noticed a manager watching me as I walked through the store and alerting his team about me over the radio. It became even more obvious that I was being treated as if I was going to steal something once I got to the register.
I paid for my coworker’s items first because I was using a separate card. Before I could even finish my purchases, an employee pointed at the remaining items and told me I had “forgotten” them. Mentioned items were going to be paid separately.
I’m a regular customer at this location, so being followed, watched, and treated like a potential thief was extremely disrespectful. I paid for everything I came in to purchase and had absolutely no reason to be treated that way. There is a difference between employees doing their jobs and making a paying customer feel targeted before they’ve done anything wrong.
Management needs to do better when it comes to how they treat their customers.

This is one of the cleanest truck stops I've ever been to. I was 6th in line for a shower and the wait was short enough that I finished my shower less than an hour after checking in. The shower was clean and did not smell like a chemical bath as it sometimes does at other places. Towels were soft too.
Whatever you're doing, please keep it up!

Yesterday I had to wait 4hrs for a shower there is no excuse for this. The female cashier was saying the laundry attendant was by himself and he was swamped with work that he couldn't keep up. I went back there and there was nobody working every shower was dirty nobody was back there cleaning them. I went to the restroom and trash everywhere the counter was went and discussing. The trash bins was over filled and the toilets was filthy. There was 💩 smeared on the floor in one of the stalls. The only excuse the cashier could give me was to wait till third shift comes in at 11pm. The store was dead she could have done something to clean up. I pretty much did see only her there, there should have been more staff on second shift. This type service is unacceptable if the department of health came in they would have gave yall a failed grade. I am never coming to this location again.

Short story short, they have me out here working in Indiana doing a route from Indianapolis to New Libson .... great place to get fuel the day of my birthday. I go inside to get myself a gift. I have my eye on this radar. One of the employees tells me. I am so sorry I can't grab it. The lady that has the key decided to go home for the day. I told him I really want to buy it because I head back to Texas tomorrow. He just looks at me and just tells me again. Sorry we have no keys that Lady took the keys home because she doesn't trust anyone with the keys. So if you're looking to spend some good money there do it on only the times that Lady is there was about to drop $150 on a little scanner radar and I got told sorry the lady that has a key decided to go home... I know I'm not rich. I know I don't have all the money in the world, but I do put a lot of fuel there for my company's truck, but I guess I'll have to make different accommodations since people don't want to make accommodations for me
