- JBJohn BergJun 27, 20265.0What an AWESOME EXPERIENCE! At first, I was a little skeptical about the return policy, especially for a SUV liftgate with glass and being delivered to Arizona. Anyways, I decided to make an insurance claim and let the professionals swap out the liftgate and I submitted for a return through the company and it was an easy process. The communications between the company and myself was OUTSTANDING! I was refunded full price without any re-stocking charge, not too many companies do that know a days. I will definitely purchased from this company again! Five Stars!!!!!!
- DJD JMay 12, 20265.06 staff inside anwering parts calls and completing order pickup paperwork. Cashier payments are taken through a window inside also. Part is picked up right inside the fenced entryway next to the building for loading. An employee helped me load a car door.
