SMALL car because I don’t feel comfortable driving big cars. The girl at the front desk was clearly new and refused to give me any vehicle besides a van…I asked them if they had anything else because I don’t need to be in a van and they laughed at me and said that’s all we can give you. Meanwhile, they immediately gave the person behind me a regular sized car…I came back multiple times throughout the week to switch my van out and every time the front desk person said no. Now a week later I come back and they AGAINST said no…even though they were giving everyone else behind me regular cars. My company rents from National everyday of the week nationwide and never have I ever been treated so poorly and with disrespect. Had to file a complaint with their managers. Still nothing has been fixed.
