  I’m a little late leaving a review my first interaction with this amazing team was April 11,2026 I was in a car accident that left my car at a total loss so I rented a car for the time being through my insurance. Rarely do you go into an establishment and the whole team is phenomenal they were super sweet , understanding and caring at a very difficult time for me . If I could give a thousand stars I would if ever I need a rental in the future I will definitely be paying them a visit . You Guys Rock !! You have the perfect team at this location on Michigan St in South bend Indiana

  First let me address Addie. She is beyond unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do her job. We rented a third row vehicle weeks ago for our daughter’s prom. When doing so my husband clearly stated he has a visa debit card he would be using. She stated that would be fine. The day of for pick up Addie and another employee was there, he stated we had to have a credit card!?! Addie was right next to him and lied stating she spoke with him personally and stated this…. Which is not true at all. Needless to say we went to the airport location and had absolutely no problems at all! They were polite. Professional and actually knew how to do there job. Don’t waist your time at this lazy location where people clearly don’t know how to do their jobs! I’m glad this employee got in touch with higher management to report them and their lack of professionalism. Do better Addie and please by all means do your job!

  First time renting from this location. They didn't have any vehicles available initially when I needed one. One became available in the afternoon. The car was in poor condition. Dents and scratches everywhere. They said I could bring it back in the AM for a different vehicle. I did the walk around and pointed out the dents and damage I could see. I drove to my office, then my house where the car was parked in a garage. When I returned the vehicle the next morning, they said there is a dent that wasn't previously documented and it is now my responsibility to get it fixed. I would not rent from them as this clearly was just a way to get the vehicle fixed on my dime (or my insurance's dime since they knew this already was an insurance claim). Luckily, I took my own pictures of the vehicle and submitted to my insurance.

  Had an absolutely amazing experience, first time renting and he helped walk me through everything and it was a quick and easy process. Definitely going to be using them again for my anniversary 🙏🏻 Love this place
