  I was injured in an accident. My car needed repaired. I was disconnected and hung up multiple times over the course of 3 days calling to set up this appointment. Finally I was able to set this rental up. 15 minutes later I got a call from this location (I had set my rental for Niles Michigan) stating they didn’t service my area and I would need to set the appointment at the location in Niles. I expressed my frustration at the difficulty to this point setting up my rental and that it is BS I need to take further action to get a rental when the lady informed me I didn’t need to do anything more as Enterprise does NOT rent to people who curse and hung up on me. I will never return to this or any other Enterprise location. I am injured and trying to get my vehicle fixed. Have been hung up on repeatedly and treated like garbage by the woman that CALLED ME! Ridiculous

  Do not rent your vehicle from this Enterprise, you will be disappointed.I booked my rental (SUV) well in advance and when I arrived there was only one option, a Dodge, which was not clean and clearly hadn't been wiped clean in quite some time. Due to its condition, I was given a discount. I returned the vehicle and weeks later I get a call from the branch manager, Daryl who tells me they deleted my American Express, so they didn't take a paymentand he asked if I could come to the location between 8-5 Mon-Fri, I advised no because work. Daryl said he would have his assistant come to my job and take payment, and someone would call me. Never heard back, then a few weeks later, I got an email stating I had a collection with Enterprise. I called for weeks, and no one at this location would answer the phone. I called the 800 number and was told the regional manager would contact me. Never did. I eventually got through this morning, and I finally got someone to answer, and now, at this point, they could take my payment over the phone. This rental was booked for 07/26 and I'm just now getting this issue resolved. I have only rented from Enterprise my entire adulthood and this byfar has been my worst experience.
