  Enterprise's mission statement promises to exceed customer expectations for value and service, yet my experience shows a company falling short of its own core commitments. I received a call one hour before my scheduled pickup informing me they had no vehicles available, leaving me stranded with no alternative arranged. When a company's stated mission directly contradicts the customer's actual experience, and the only response is an apology with no real resolution. It points to a deeper failure in operations, people asleep at the wheel. Not just a one-off mistake. Even to this moment I am recieving emails as if I am picking up a car.

  This girl in here gives me problems every time I come in. Previously she cancelled my rental and now she is refusing my rental because I don’t have a secondary number and I have to give her a random number.
