- KSKodi SmithMay 9, 20261.0I had an appointment at 1:30 to get a tire patched. I then sat there for 2 hours and finally had to ask what is taking so long. I was then told they would start on it It is now 3:45 and I’m just getting my tire What is the point of a 130 appointment if My item is going to be thrown at the bottom of a pile and Ignored until they feel like it I will never bring my business here again. Nor will I ever suggest it to any of my friends. I will actually do my best to persuade anyone I know from staying far from this location

They scheduled me an appointment to come in at 1:30 PM. I got there at 1:25 PM. They said it would take about an hour and a half now it is currently 3:24 PM and they are just now starting to work on my tire, I highly suggest finding a different location or a different business altogether. Very unprofessional and very sad honestly. 10/10 would not recommend this location.

Just needed a tire, after hours of waiting they tried to sell me brakes and oil change and this that and the other, when refused they continued to serve other customers walking in. Worst experience I've ever had to deal with.
