  I recently experienced an incredibly frustrating situation with your tire service. After a requested change, ( scheduled appointment) I was forced to wait over two hours with absolutely no updates from staff. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. It was clear that employees were either undertrained or lacked proper management oversight—this level of disorganization is something I would expect from a makeshift operation, not an established business. Immediate improvement in staff training and managerial responsibility is urgently needed.

  This location is an absolute disaster, don't come here unless you have 8hrs to wait to get anything done. I dropped my rims & tires off at 10am just a simple mount & balance job. It's now 5:30pm & they've only done 1 of the 4 that I brought, but what I find more interesting is how no one is doing ANYTHING! They're just here for a check clearly! Wingstop flowing through the mechanic bays, dudes walking around scratching their heads trying desperately to look busy. I watched 1 guy move the same tire to 6 different places, lol Manager comes he picks up a tire, they leave he puts it in a different spot. Elderly people standing up without a seat. It's all bad here... Only come here for the free air!! Because the service is disastrous!

  Highly recommend this store due to awesome customer service. I had a flat tire and was an hour away from home..I was next door @ Meijer and very frustrated. Colin & MJ were very professional and got me on the road in an hour. It was a valve stem and was no charge. A very stressful situation was calmed down due to Colin & MJ.

  Today i went to location on Portage Road, in south bend Indiana, and needed to check air pressure for one of my tires that has a nail in it. The free air machine is not working, so I was told to pull up to a bay. The young man with curly hair and glasses was standing at the bay just browsing his phone. I told him my situation and he replied with "we don't check tire pressure and put air in them, because we don't have the time". Granted there was only 2 cars in their bays. Granted I just wanted to make sure that the tire will hold until Friday, and I was going to purchase 4 new tires. Guess I will take my service to Discount tire. How can you work in the service department and refuse to do a quick service?

  I had an appointment at 1:30 to get a tire patched. I then sat there for 2 hours and finally had to ask what is taking so long. I was then told they would start on it It is now 3:45 and I’m just getting my tire What is the point of a 130 appointment if My item is going to be thrown at the bottom of a pile and Ignored until they feel like it I will never bring my business here again. Nor will I ever suggest it to any of my friends. I will actually do my best to persuade anyone I know from staying far from this location
