  They are really close to me but they are also the most frustrating and mostly worthless people ive ever dealt with for tires. Strike 1. Left the inside of my wife's acura with greasy finger prints on the center console glove box and steering wheel as they looked for the lock for the lugnuts ..... I dont care you have to look but clean up the mess. It was light tan leather and took awhile to clean. 2. My honda pilot picked up a bolt in the tire so I brought it to them and asked if they could plug it they said yes but its late in the day so it would be tomorrow so I said sure and I rolled it around the corner because I saw they had some rules for doing plugs and the guy looked at it and said yes we sure can plug that, next day very very late in the day they send me a text telling me they cant plug it BUT they can sell me a new one..........yea how about no. 4. I brought them 4 tires off of one of my vehicles and I needed them to remove those ties and install the exact same size tires that I had another 4 of they said yea we can do that so I pulled the 4 old tires and rims plus the 4 new tires I had out of my vehicle and rolled them all in and new they would get to them tomorrow. I wake up in the morning only to find out that my old tires say LT on the side and the new tires say P ...... yea I know they dont have the same weight rating ..... they are still the same exact size tire ...... You know what everyone just go to wall mart where they dont grease up your vehicles they can infact plug a damn tire and oh yea of you bring them tires they can infact swap out your old ones with another set you bring them.

  Two and a half hours for an oil change and they acted like that was pretty normal. No thanks I’ll go anywhere else.

  It took almost 2 hours for a simple tire patch, our car was just sitting there finished, and for some reason we had to wait forever. But they did a good job....

  Good Afternoon. This week’s experience with Belle Tire off of Portage in Indiana did not go very well. I called to schedule an appointment, with the plan to utilize the July 4th promotions to get 4 new tires, as it was close to that time and 1 tire had gotten a screw stuck in it this week. Utilizing the online vehicle selection, I had a tire size and confirmed that size with the representative from the branch that I spoke with. He sent me a payment link, and I paid $712 for the 4 tires, and schedule an appointment for the next day at 2:30pm The next day, I arrived for my 2:30pm appointment (leaving work early) and sat in the lobby for 2 hours before I was told the wrong tires were paid for/prepared. I was then told for an equally well rated brand that could be in the next day, it was $130 more for the next size. As Belle tire has an error in their sizing portal online, I was astonished that I would be responsible for this price difference, especially after waiting 2 hours to be told this. We moved forward with the plan for now the next day to come in at 8:30am for another appointment. I arrived this morning for my 8:30am appointment (taking the morning off of work) and I waited another 3 hours for them to change my tires, and be billed the additional $130. I understand there is more price for more materials, but the time spent on this fiasco, and the mistakes on the part of Belle Tire (the website and the associate I spoke with before paying initially) should have at least discounted that extra money, as I lost nearly a full day of work due to drive time as well. This feels like a *Bait and Switch*, as the Toyota Corolla Cross XLE ONLY comes with 18” rims, and the website quoted me for the 17” rims. The workers wrote this off as the car “having multiple sizes for rims” but that just isn’t the case for the XLE. I only settled on Belle tire due to the price of the quality tire with the deal I had, but I ended up losing that. You replied to my wife’s review without leaving a customer service number.

  My husband scheduled an appointment via phone two days ago (7/8). After verifying his tire size on their online portal and with the man on the phone. We were scheduled an appointment for 7/9. My husband also paid for the tires and service ahead of time that day after the man in the phone sent him a payment link. My husband made plans to leave work for the appointment at 2:30 PM and two hours later they informed him that not only did they not have the tires we needed in stock, but they also told him that the tires they originally quoted were not the ones that fit our car. My husband was told that we would be responsible for paying the difference since the tires they did have in stock were $130 more than the ones we were originally quoted. My husband expressed his concern that we should not have to pay the difference after they quoted us incorrectly via phone and he had to wait in the Belle Tire after having to leave work for two hours. The employee he spoke to said that he would see what he could do at the appointment they scheduled for us the following day, 7/10. My husband brought in our vehicle today for our 8:30 AM appointment. He took off work once again and had to wait three hours for them to change tires. He was told the car was ready at 11:30 AM. After speaking with the worker again, he was told that we would have to pay the difference of $130. So after five total hours of waiting over two days we still had to pay more than originally quoted by Belle Tire.
