  When I say Will and his service team have literally taken a huge weight off my shoulders that I've carried for 6 months, may sound a bit dramatic but they literally have! I was so nervous at first since the previous shop I had my 2020 Mazda CX-5 at completely destroyed my faith in mechanic shops. But Will and his team took great care of it all for me as I needed a new transmission and a mess that the last shop I took it to made, fixed. Literally want to cry happy tears knowing I can finally enjoy the car I bought 6 months ago that has had issues upon issues since owning it and now can finally be stressed free! Yes I could've given up on the poor thing but I fell too much in love with it! Seriously can't thank them all enough for restoring my faith in a shop again and bringing my car back to life for me!

  This is our second car with Basney Mazda and pleased with our experience! Shawn Rembold made the experience painless and enjoyable. He made sure our technology was connected before we left and I'm grateful for his care!
