  I came hereafter having an unpleasant experience at another luxury car dealership. They were short staffed on the Mazda side, Denny Moss from the BMW side came over to help us. I will say that his customer service approach, and lack of pressure on myself or my Wife to purchase a car Is ultimately why we actually bought one. I will definitely be returning to Denny for future purchases.

  Fabulous selection, Fabulous service. Worth the drive down. Drove down from Michigan to look at a Machine Grey CX90 but it sold before I got there. But I found another one I like even better. Bought a 2026 Mazda CX90 in Polymetal Grey. Love it. Thank You Shawn. You made my car buying experience fun. You were amazing.

  Don’t get me wrong Mazda is my favorite but when a dealership like Basney pays their mechanics well to do their job yet be careless and leave locking pliers inside my engine compartment & risk giving me a huge engine bill is ridiculous & straight up bad service! Not to mention they charge you top dollar for their services. Sadly Orin B Hayes sold their dealership in Kalamazoo MI & that was the best Mazda dealership I’ve ever been to & is where I bought my Mazda. I have a baby & wife to take care of so I don’t need a dealership like Basney that puts my precious Mazda always at risk for repairs. RIDICULOUS!!!

  Shawn is certified to sell BMW and Mazda. We test drove both brands with him. He was knowledgeable with both and answered all our questions. He thoroughly explained all features and did not press us to go with one brand or the other. Listened to our needs and provided with which model would be best. Needless to say we love our Mazda XC-90, it is perfect.

  Recently purchased my Mazda Cx-30 here and I’m very happy. Salesman Kevin was very helpful and easygoing, didn’t feel pressured at all with my purchase or of any unnecessary expenses. I will be continuing to shop here in the future.
