The owner, the employees and office lady were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Very fair on the price of repairing the backseat cushion. I would definitely use them again!

So much knowledge and experience so hard to find this standard these days great job fixing Convertable top issue
Took my car into Barry's after an accident in the winter. It took them a long time to work on my car, which was fine if that was what was needed. However, when I went to pick it up, there were numerous issues with it and then they had to hold on to it for another week to work on it. After getting my car back I noticed that several of my windows were rattling and needed further work to stop doing that. In an effort to fix the windows they were pounding on my car to try and figure out what the issue was, and now I'm noticing that there are issues with the paint on my car that aren't a result of anything that I have done. I have always thought that Barry's had a good reputation, but I honestly don't know that I would use them again in the future. I have been so disappointed and frustrated by this whole process. When one has to take their car in, the hope is that when you pick it up that everything is going to be completed the way that it needs to be. That was not the case with me. Very disappointed.

My Mercedes convertible was parked on the side of my house when we got hit with that nasty windstorm back in March and something flying around hit it. Damaged the rear passenger side quarter panel, the passenger side door and chrome trim piece, the passenger side front quarter panel, passenger side front corner of bumper (basically the entire passenger side) and poked a hole in the top. My insurance carrier recommended that I take it to Barry's and at first I was a little hesitant but after learning that most local dealerships send there convertible top work there and a friend telling me that he took his wife's Mercedes SUV there and was very pleased, I decided to give them a try. I am an extremely picky person and when my wife was driving me there to pick it up, I was like "wonder what I am going to find that I don't like" but I have to say, Bob, Gary and the crew did an exceptional job!! Unfortunately, I have had to get more body work done on some of my vehicles then I would have liked too over the years but this was absolutely my best experience ever!! the car looked like they just pulled it off the showroom floor. They even detailed the inside, replaced the key battery and ran a diagnosis on it, letting me know that one of the tire pressure sensors had a battery going bad. These guys were absolutely amazing and I would recommend every day of the week and twice on Sunday!!!!

Two days after bringing my new black Jeep Compass home, I was backing out of the garage and scraped the side of my car on another car. Major degree of self-pisstivity . Took it to a shop my car dealership recommended and they wanted about $1K. Seemed excessive. ALSO noted a two-inch tear in the read seat cover. ~~~ Body shop manager’s quote was a bit over $500 and upholstery manager said $40. SOLD! ///// The guys in both shops have been doing this work for YEARS and are Old School artists - I’m back to normal, so normal I can’t see either of the problem areas. Hopefully I’ll never see the inside of their shop again, but if the need arises, I know wheregto go, or to send people.
